If you send messages via tickets by emailing email@example.com, on occasion email boxes may detect them as spam. These are standard spam security filters and whitelisting addresses in your email will prevent messages (including tickets) from being filtered out.
Whitelist or add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email if you're not receiving a reply back from our support team.
We reply to every single email and every single ticket sent. Always. If you don't hear back from us, it's because the reply wasn't received.
