Refunds take 2-10 business days after being processed by Online Sales Pro. An email will be sent directly after a refund is processed with the transactional information for the cardholder. Refunds are only processed to the card on file used for the original transaction.
Note that refunds may appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off of your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.
