On occasion, upon signup or during a rebill, customers attempting to make a payment with their credit or debit card will receive an error message. There are numerous reasons why this can occur that are specifically determined by your bank.
When you receive an error message while trying to sign up for Online Sales Pro, call the phone number on the back of your credit or debit card. The bank will guide you through what needs to be done to have the transaction go through.
As a new customer, as soon as the payment goes through (from the Online Sales Pro checkout page), your account will be created, you'll be sent your welcome email, and you'll have instant access to the system and app.
If you're a customer on a recurring monthly plan, you can also contact the phone number on the back of your credit or debit card to see what needs to be done for the payment to go through.
